Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your account. Name, email, WhatsApp number if you give it, and a protected form of your password if you set one. We never store the password itself.

Sign-in with Google, Telegram or Discord. The ID that service gives your account, plus your name and email or username. From Google: name, email and whether the email is verified. From Discord: username, display name, email and whether it is verified. From Telegram: your name and username; Telegram does not share an email. We do not request your contacts, messages, files or servers, and we do not post anything for you.

Your exchange connection. The API key you connect, stored encrypted, and your account's balance, positions and trades read through it.

Payments. Orders, invoices and the transfer receipts you upload.

Activity while signed in. Pages you open and for how long, buttons and links you click, settings you save, downloads, sign-ins and failed sign-ins, with your IP address and type of device and browser. These records never contain passwords, API keys or secrets.

Device notifications. If you turn on notifications, your browser's push subscription.

How we use it

To run your account, copy trades to your exchange account, record results, handle payments, contact you about your account, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

Data from Google, Telegram and Discord is used only to sign you in and to show which logins are connected to your account. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold.

Who processes it

We do not sell personal data. We use these providers to run the service:

• Amazon Web Services (servers) and Neon (database).
• Your exchange (Binance, Bitget or Bybit), which receives the orders your API key places.
• Google Analytics and Meta through Google Tag Manager, which measure visits and sign-ups using cookies on this site.
• Your browser's push service, when notifications are on.

We may disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account exists. Activity records are limited in number, and the oldest are deleted automatically. Orders and invoices are kept as financial records.

You can disconnect Google, Telegram or Discord at any time under Membership, in Sign-in methods. You can also remove our access from your Google, Telegram or Discord settings.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp. Deleting an account stops its copy trading. Open positions stay in your exchange account for you to manage.
