Questions people ask.
What differs between tiers besides length?
Access is identical: automatic copying, the journal, the chart, Academy. What differs is length, the price per day (longer is cheaper), and Crown includes a second account.
What if I use two or three exchanges?
Connect your first account, then add add-ons from the Membership page: one add-on per extra account, three accounts at most (Binance, Bitget, Bybit). With Crown, the second account connects right away at no extra cost.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. When you renew, pick any tier. Its length is added to what you have left, and your card follows the tier you bought last.
What happens when my membership ends?
Copying stops opening new positions. Positions still open in your account aren't closed for you, so manage them on the exchange. We remind you 3 days before.
How do I pay?
SeaBank or ShopeePay transfer, or USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Upload the receipt; the admin usually activates it the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refundable for any reason. That's why we suggest trying the free demo account first.
