Why We Log Every Trade, Losers Included

Screenshots of big wins are everywhere. What you rarely see are the losing trades, the fees and the drawdowns. Here's why we record all of it, exactly as it happened.

In copy trading, screenshots of huge wins are easy to find. What you rarely see are the losing trades, the fees quietly deducted and the days the balance went down. So we chose the duller but honest route: every trade is recorded exactly as it happened.

Starting on 10 October 2026

The Queenby AutoTrade record restarted on 10 October 2026 from a single Binance USDT-M Futures account. Since then, every position opened and closed is pulled straight from the Binance account history, never typed in by hand.

What gets counted

  • Commission on every fill, on the way in and on the way out.
  • Funding paid or received while a position is open.
  • Partial closes, profit taken from part of a position while the rest keeps running.
  • Transfers into and out of the Futures wallet, marked separately because they are neither profit nor loss.

The result is a net figure: what actually landed in, or left, the balance.

Why this matters to you

If you're going to follow someone else's trades, their best trade isn't what you need to know. You need to know:

  1. How often they lose, and by how much.
  2. How deep the balance falls before it recovers.
  3. How much goes to fees each month.

You can only see that from a complete record. In the trade history you can check every position, losers included, and on the account curve on the home page every rise and dip is labelled with its reason.

Not a promise

An honest record doesn't guarantee future results. Markets change, and yesterday's numbers are no promise for tomorrow. But with the full record in front of you, you can judge for yourself before deciding whether to follow.
